Notice of AGM
Dear All Members,
Notice is hereby given of the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ISACA Bangalore Chapter, scheduled on Saturday, 24th October, 2026 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at The Royal Orchid Hotel.
Address of Venue: 47/1, Dickenson Road, Manipal Centre, Bangaore Shopping Area, Bengaluru
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- To approve the AGM minutes of 2025.
- To consider and adopt the 30 th Annual Report.
- To consider and approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended Mar 31, 2026.
- To appoint statutory Auditors for the 2026-27 year and fix their remuneration.
- To elect members to the Executive Committee (EC) for the 2026-27 term. Elections will be held via paper ballot if required.

Important Notes and Information
Eligibility: Only members with a valid and current membership as of 30th June 2026, and who have opted for affiliation to the Bangalore Chapter, are eligible to participate in the AGM.

If you have any questions regarding the Chapter’s Annual Report or Financial Statements, please contact the chapter office one week in advance. The annual report and the Auditors Report are made by Venkat & Vasan.

Meeting Attendance: Please bring your identity card or other proof of membership, along with a copy of the annual report, to the meeting.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE):
Please note that we have organized a valuable Continuing Professional Education (CPE) session prior to the AGM, running from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Details will follow) at the same venue. This session is designed to provide professional development and insights; therefore, registration is highly recommended.
