Refund policy
Please review our refund policy below for ISACA certification review classes and events organized by ISACA Bangalore Chapter.
Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to chapter@isacabangalore.org within 7 days of the class/event start date.
Refunds will only be considered for cancellations made within this specified period.
Refund Process:
All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 days of receipt.
Approved refunds will be issued by cheque or direct bank transfer as per the request.
Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee of bank transaction charges and payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs, course materials, and processing fees.
No-Show Policy:
Participants who do not attend the class/event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfers:
Participants may request a one-time transfer to another session within 7 days of the original class start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability.
Class Cancellations:
ISACA reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
