  • The ISACA® Bangalore Chapter conducts seminars on regular basis for dissemination of information and to update its members on the latest trends and developments in the industry. These events are also an  opportunity for our members to earn CPE credits and network.

e. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by e-mail or post at least 3 working days prior to the event, the ISACA Bangalore Chapter will refund your registration fee, 20% of the fee would be deducted towards charges
f. No refund will be admissible for cancellations at shorter notice.

Finally, they will learn about the role of an implementer / auditor and the PDCA methodology of planning, conducting, reporting and following up a BCMS audit in accordance with BS25999-1:2007  and other Best practices.

Background on Item Writing: An ‘Item’ is a question for ISACA’s certification exams for CISA®, CISM® or CGEIT®. An item could be contributed by anybody, ISACA certification is not essential. There are thousands of such Items developed by volunteers. An item development goes through a structured and rigorous process of review. We’ll learn more about it in this workshop. Items are always welcome by ISACA, but occasionally there is some need for items in specific domains.

What a volunteer gains:

  • Peps up creativity to design choices (options) of an item
  • Boosts an applied research to come up with a stem (body) of an item
