Much has been said about cryptography and encryption, but sadly the cloud remains dark for the auditing community. A niche group of people who value the existence and precision of the processes around technology and may not always have the edge when it comes to extremely technical topics.

The session promises to de-mystify the jargon around encryption, making it easier for the common man to accept and embrace the function that protects classified infor-mation in the enterprise. The session will explore the intricacies of symmetric and asymmetric encryption, understand the process of encryption and decryption with simple examples and see how the future of Information Technology will be shaped by this algo-rithmic action.
