The Bangalore Chapter is led by a Board of Directors (Executive Committee) who are elcted or nominated every year at the Annual General Meeting of the Chapter.
The EC members meet every the month to deliberate and discuss various issues relating to the functioning of the chapter, organize events and activities. These meetings have specific agendas and provide direction and guidance to the chapter.
Members of the Bangalore Chapter board, special invitees and sub-committee members attend these meetings. Each EC member heads a specific sub-committee which formulates its plan of action for that function for the year.
Any member can volunteer to become a part of the EC or the sub-committees. CISA's & CISM's CGEIT's earn CPE Credits as per ISACA® guidelines for volunteering to be on the chapter committees.
The EC provides an excellent opportunity for providing leadership and direction to the Bangalore chapter as well as networking and professional growth.
The chapter welcomes member volunteers who are willing to contribute to the growth of ISACA and participate in chapter activities. Special General Body Meeting Notice is hereby given that a Special General Body Meeting of ISACA® Bangalore Chapter,will be held on Sunday, the 25th October 2009 at 10:00 AM at Pride Hotel Richmond Road Bangalore; Eligible members are requested to attend; AGENDA To read the Notice convening the meeting To seek approval of the Special General Body for the amendments suggested to the Rules and Regulations as per the private resolutions proposed by some members (Details are enclosed in Annexure 1). 13th Annual General Body Meeting Notice is hereby given to the members of ISACA®, Bangalore Chapter that the 13th Annual General Body Meeting of the Bangalore Chapter will be held at 2:00 pm on 25th October, 2009 (Sunday) at The Pride Hotel, 93, Richmond Road, Near Baldwin Girls College, Bangalore -560025, to transact the following business:
AGENDA To consider and adopt the 13th Annual Report To consider and approve the Minutes of AGM held on 18th October 2008 To consider and approve Audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2009 To appoint statutory auditors for the year 2009-2010 and fix their remuneration To Elect Executive Committee Members (EC members) for the Executive Committee for the year 2009-2010 (Elections will be held, if required)

Members are requested to bring their identity card (or any other proof indicating their membership status) and copy of the Annual Report to Annual General Meeting. Members who wish to be elected to the Executive Committee (EC) are required to submit nomination form, duly filled, at the chapter office.
